How long does it take to get an estimate?
With Invision, you get an estimate promptly, along with a 3D estimate.
Who will I be in contact with throughout the process?
We assign each customer a single project manager who will be responsible for the entire project, from the 3D rendering to the final.
Can we only sign on with Invision for certain parts of the project?
Absolutely! If you decide to move forward with another contractor, we will complete a background check to ensure the contractors are professional and up to our standards.
Can we change the project throughout the process?
Yes, we will give you all options and opportunities to personalize your project, even throughout construction.
How much does an estimate cost?
Estimates are free with Invision. We send a project manager to your home and they will create a 3D rendering of what your project will look like based on the consultation.
What if we want to remove walls?
Invision will take care of all aspects of the project if hired. We are a full-service, general deep contractors. We take care of everything from start to finish.
How does payment work?
You will pay for each step on its own once it is completed. You will never pay prior to a step or for any job that is not completed by Invision.
How often can I be in contact with the project manager?
The project manager will give you daily updates. Communication is one of the most important aspects of home remodeling and we want to make sure that you are aware of every detail going into your home.
Is insurance provided through Invision or do we need our own?
Although we have never had an issue, Invision provides $2 million liability insurance, $1 million workman's compensation and a $15,000 bond.
